California State Teachers' Retirement System (CalSTRS) Pension System Resumption (PSR) Project

The Pension System Resumption (PSR) Project calls for the implementation of a new, COTS-based pension system for CalSTRS. The application is built in a SOA of interconnected applications and web services using ASP.NET Model-View-Controller (MVC) to serve web pages, and ASP.NET Web Application Programming Interface (API) to serve as an API for the web application.

OnCore serves as a subcontractor with responsibility for filling several key roles on the project from executive level project management to technical and training resources.
